CHECK-IN TIME: 3-9PM
(unless special arrangements are made.)
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM
All day visitors are responsible to the management FIRST and are required to purchase a "Visitors Pass" from the Office upon entering. ($4 per person) All visitors must be off the grounds by 9 pm.
Quiet time is from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors by keeping in mind that being on a lake in a valley, sound travels...Especially when the evening calm sets. No radios after 9 PM and "Inside voices outside". Music at all other times must still be at a respectful volume.
The management reserves the right to limit the number of guests in a unit or on a site. Management also has the right to evict anyone without a refund who creates a disturbance or nuisance, either by drunkenness or abusive language or behavior.
Lax Lake Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. But do check with our lost and found. We generally have very courteous guests who look out for each other.
Lax Lake Resort is not responsible for accidents.
Guests are responsible for damage to Lax Lake Resort rentals and equipment there-of.
Advance reservations by phone or mail are accepted upon availabilty and will be held with a one night’s deposit. Two night deposit required for holiday weekends.

**Please note: the consumer pays the 3.99% processing fee for credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS The person reserving the site or unit will be held responsible for the total number of nights reserved. If notification of your cancellation is made 7 days prior to the date of arrival when camping or 14 days prior to the date of arrival when lodging, you will receive a full refund less 20%... $10.00 minimum.

(with the exception of medical dogs )
Please NO gathering of wood from our woods for fire. Bundled firewood is sold at the office. To help prevent the spread of invasive bugs do not transport firewood from out of the county.
